Ok, you already read what the IR is about. Now, what is the next step?

Well, that is easy. You need to create a character. Your question would be: How do I do that? Well, that is easy. In the root directory, there is a forum called "Character Profiles". Inside it, you will find the guidelines for creating a character. In summary, you have to prepare the physical description, background history, flaws, previous positions, etc.

Once you have created it, you can send it for one of the Admins that are listed there, so the Admin can take a look at it and give you the approval. With that approval, you can post your character profile creating a new topic in the forum. Once you post it, the Admin will edit your post and add a small note saying your profile is approved. If you modify your profile without approval, the note will disappear and your profile will no longer be valid.

It is not mandatory, but advisable to get a position before you finish your profile, since that way, you can have your profile approved in its final version.

How do you get a position? That is easy. In this forum, you will find postings of the Heads of each Department, listing available positions. You only need to contact the one that interest you more.
