Flaws:
This section you will list character (personality) flaws/quirks and physical flaws/insecurities. You may state previously flaws that you have changed and altered, but all characters must have flaws. No one can be perfect. You can improve things, but you will always have something, even if you overcome one thing. This section is mandatory and you must make it human. Admins will not approve your account if you seem too perfect, and they will ask you to make changes.

Physical Characteristics:
your character's body build and distinct characteristics, eye color, hair color, weight, all that jazz

Biography:
A brief or even extended history about your character and their life up to this point

Optional addenums: Friends, Ethnicity/Cultural Origin, Personality, Skills, Medals & Awards, Ships, Excerpts from your Character's life written out like a story or RP that go with your bio. Note: You can add other optional information, as profiles are still approved by an admin on an individual basis and admins can approve it with the optional content.

We have changed the rules concerning character profiles and the format. Please see the new format in the above post. This will affect all profiles. Everyone needs to make sure they make the necessary changes to their own profiles. The biggest change is the adding of character flaws. Don't worry about making your profile exact for format, as long as all of the required fields are in there in some order, though it should make some sense.

Admins will reply to your profile posting their approval. You may contact them to request a specific admin review it, or wait for them to be assigned out later for approval. In the future, admins will simply edit your profile posting their approval, showing the "edited by" legend, showing when they approved it. Changes made after their approval will automatically erase the "edited by" legend with their name in it, thus invalidating the account.

All accounts must also have a character picture posted in their avatar.

Another new rule issued by the Administration is all character profiles must be approved by one of the following: OVERMIND, Ieyena Cohean, Oho Gomao, or Kaidlen Shan. The lead admins (Layha Solo-Katarn, James Stratus) can approve profiles at any time, but as they are busy, please contact one of the other names first.

The lead admin is responsible for the overall management ooc and ic for the RPG. The lead admin has the ultimate power over all issues, can maintain, issue and change rules, approve anything, appoint admins, and is the big boss. The "lead" admin refers to both the primary and secondary lead admins, and applies to both of them together and individually.

Assistant Admin: Ieyena Cohean

The assistant admin is responsible for assisting the lead admin and acting on behalf of the lead admin in their absence. This position in particular is the overall assistant admin.

Force Admin: Kaidlen Shan

The Force admin is in charge of all matters pertaining to the Force, including Force Rules, Force Character Profiles and management of Force Characters in pertaining to elevation of levels, increase or decrease of abilities, powers, actions and scenarios. The Force Admin is also considered a Character & Scenario Admin.

Character & Scenario Admins: OVERMIND, Oho "Krayt" Gomao and the Force Admin (Kaidlen Shan)

The character & scenario (C&S) admins can approve all regular scenarios and character profiles, as well as ability increases in characters. They can make decisions as moderators in scenarios if no scenario moderator or "GM" per se, is present to do so or is incapable of doing so.

Assistant C&S Admins: Damien Battlecreek

Assist the above and ditto.

General statement: All admins of any kind are considered senior members and global moderators, that may manage affairs of the forums and assist with OOC conflicts where needed, especially in serving as a mediator in all issues OOC and enforcing the rules.
