Over the Weeks, there has been speculation flying around about the possible replacements for the position of Second Executor, and today the Imperial Republic announced the successor and shocked the media and most professors. In the past, and in most governments, positons like the Imperial Republic's Second Executor are generally filled by Senior Politicans with years in the Senate, Senior Military Officers, and Senior Statesman, and ocassionally a Minister of Finance, or Director of IRSB or IRIS. Though this time Dowager Empress Layha Solo-Katarn and the rest of the Throne has selected a former journalist and newscaster, an unprecedented move. High Councilor Tavria Treyson, a former Communications Director on His Majesty's Personal Staff, and a former Deputy Minister of Royal Correspondence at the Ministry of Public Affairs, served as the Public Spokesperson for the High Council.
