Well, the first season of The Clone Wars has finished, and with a finale that has one drooling for more. Now, for those of us who are diehard collectors (or who haven't really been able to watch it due to conflicts in scheduals), here's a little bit of good news- the first 4 episodes are going to be relased on March 24th. Just days after the last episode aired. So, while we might have to wait for the start of season 2 until next fall, at least we have something to enjoy when we want to watch it until then.

hmmm I have my concerns for the season. I wasn't to impressed with the movie that was released. I believe they were trying to hard with the sarcasm. Kind of made me shake my head during the movie and sink down in my seat. It has its draw backs, but at least we can put pieces together in relation to the wars.

There is a 3 year gap between Episodes 2 and 3. All the Clone Wars stuff takes place within the 3 year gap. I don't know where within the span when the animated movie takes place. It's obviously long enough past the events that started the Wars off, because Anakin is a full Jedi Knight. So I figure that at the most, it's maybe 2 years before the events of Episode 3.

Hey, for those of you who are Clone Wars fans, there are plans to rerun the series. However, there's going to be a change to the episodes- they're adding a feature that gives information pertaining to the Star Wars galaxy at large. They've changed the title some too it's now being called Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Decoded. There will be two kinds of information given- either data about what is going on within the episode, or else behind the scenes stuff pertaining to the making of the episode. The best way to describe what they're doing is something similar to pop-up vidoes. starwars.com uses the term enhanced.
