Recently there were technical errors on the site. I am not sure how long they were there as I have been encountering medical problems and have been unable to get on. I happen to notice it the other day when I was checking for fun, but no one tried to contact me. (Probably because no one knew how to reach me that was getting this error).

For some time now, the IR has had a virtual PBX system in place. You can call this number during business hours (Mountain Standard Time (-7:00 GMT) on certain days when you are having problems and are unable to get help through the normal means. When you call, press 1 to speak with whomever is on call at that time. Reasons to call are for emergent IC situations or OOC technical issues including account problems or site problems. Not everyone on call has administrative access to the site, but they will be able to get in immediate contact with someone who does to resolve the issue. When you recieve the after-hours recording, dial 0, and leave a message, and I (Stratus) will be paged by the system and I will respond to your call unless I am drugged up on pain killers due to my current state :P

Please write this down somewhere:

1-888-291-5852 - This is the number to call. Remember our minutes are limited so the agent on call may ask for your number and call you back on a private line.

If you are international you can consider using Skype or Gizmo or some other VoIP service to call. Currently I am able to return calls to anyone in the USA and in 30 different countries. I have a temporary deal with Lingo, a VoIP provider giving me unlimited minutes within the US and those 30 countries. Others are for cheap rates.
