The Throne has appointed Admiral John Kelly, a High Councilor of the Imperial Republic, (also the current Chief of Naval Operations), to assist in the inventory development of all of the Imperial Republic's holdings. He will act as Project Manager. He has the authority to call on other members of the Imperial Republic to assist him in this project as experts in their arenas. Executor Treyson will also supervise this project and direct the civilian and government aspects of it. I will assist as well. We call on volunteers, however Admiral Kelly will be able to "volunteer" or assign anyone whom he chooses that he thinks would make positive contributions to this project. I expect cooperation of everyone in this endeavor. Thank you.

Admiral Kelly has tendered his resignation as a High Councilor and as Director of Imperial Republic Intelligence. This project is now on hold.
