Officer Rick Spaulding and Corporal Lary Jenkov patrolled the border of the army base. It was quite the sight, a huge base that was in itself like a large city. There were many civilians that worked as employees of the Army, the actual armed forces themselves, and their families including spouses, children, and other relatives that lived on the base. There were some teenagers that liked to cause trouble, and were constantly in trouble with the Military Police. Laws that governed the base were much more strict than in the city, and possession of drugs, stolen government property, and other such crimes were dealt with more severely. It seemed like a relatively normal day, for the most part.
