Greetings,

As many of you have never had official and formal training, I will be offering training to all IR personnel. In order to maintain your position or rank, you are required to go through this training. If you have already had training through the Imperial Academy and recieved the IABG or IABG-H then you are exempt. Anyone who qualifies or believe they qualify to be exempt from this you must send
and e-mail to stratus@stratusweb.net indicating why you feel you are exempt or PM James Stratus.

No one in Phoenix Squadran or any other Naval Personnel are exempt unless they have already graduated from the Academy. I will not come to you, you must come to me. To register for this training, send an email to stratus@stratusweb.net or PM James Stratus. A reminder that this is mandatory. Completion of training and how well you perform will decide the outcome of your rank, and upon graduation will allow you to where the ribbon of graduation.
