***Holochannels all over the Imperial Republic Navy shift to reveal an older Kuati seated at a desk. He wore dark sunglasses that conceiled his eyes, and his dirty blonde hair was slicked back carefully. He wore a military uniform, and a military rank bearing the symbols of a Lord Admiral. His face was creased with lines beginning to reveal his age, and perhaps even the slightest bit under the surface his anger. He didnt say anything for a good five seconds, before he finally spoke. His voice was cold, not at all welcoming. The Second Executor of the Imperial Republic cleared his throat softly, before he began.***
